These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Due Dilly platform at https://explore.duedilly.com (the "Platform"), operated by Due Dilly ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Due Dilly is a business intelligence platform focused on the creator economy. We provide research, analysis, signal intelligence, and editorial content covering deals, companies, people, and frameworks shaping modern business. The Platform is operated by Jonathan Jackson and Carl Joseph-Black.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform.
3. Your Account
Some features of the Platform may require you to create an account or subscribe. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at operations@duethedilly.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written permission
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools without our express written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
5. Intellectual Property
Our content
All content on the Platform — including text, analysis, research, graphics, episode transcripts, entity profiles, signal intelligence, and market maps — is owned by Due Dilly or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may share links to Platform content and quote brief excerpts for commentary, criticism, or educational purposes, provided you attribute the source to Due Dilly with a link to the relevant page. All other uses require our prior written permission.
Your content
If you submit any content to us (such as feedback, suggestions, or correspondence), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content for any purpose, without compensation to you.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, publications, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by those sites' own terms and privacy policies.
The signal intelligence and news content surfaced on the Platform is sourced from third-party publications. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such content.
7. Membership and Subscriptions
Free access
Certain content on the Platform is available to all users without a subscription.
Paid membership
We may offer paid membership tiers that provide access to additional content, features, or intelligence. Details of any paid plans, including pricing and included features, will be presented at the point of purchase.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, membership fees are non-refundable. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform provides informational and educational content only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, investment, or professional advice. You should not rely on any content on the Platform to make financial or investment decisions without consulting a qualified professional.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Due Dilly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Due Dilly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to informal negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date, and by email to subscribers where required. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
14. General
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Due Dilly regarding the Platform.
- Severability — if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver — our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
